Top detaches to make three pieces that’s can be easily moved.
Heal's opened in 1810 by John Harris Heal and Son ("Heal and Son Ltd") and Sir Ambrose Heal, who worked in the company as craftsman, designer and finally Chairman, for 60 years from 1893 to 1953.
In 2001, a guide published in association with the Victoria & Albert Museum wrote that for over two centuries Heal's had been known for promoting modern design and for employing talented young designers.
