Made of solid Mahogany in a lovely rich colour.
In strong condition.
 Scroll arms with a ‘drop-in’ leather Brown seat pad with lovely patination and no tears. 
Raised on reeded  front legs.
Sweeping and curved arm rests
Turned edging to back rest.
A  very comfortable period armchair perfect as a desk chair , library chair, dining chair or occasional chair.
 
Comfortable and solid heavy well made piece :  fully polished
