How long will my order take to arrive ?

​

Local and national deliveries delivery times are between 3- 10 days.

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Scotland and Cornwall may take a little longer.

 

Delivery will be with two couriers.
 

Are all of the items vintage and mid century?
 

All of the items that we sell at Prior and Pender are antique and vintage and will be clearly described.

We always provide very clear and detailed photographs of each product,

How will the courier get in touch with me ?

Once you have purchased an item you will be emailed asking for your mobile number and email address.

We will then pass your address and contact telephone number onto our courier.

They will then contact you within two hours.

We will also send you the courier info and contact details.
 

Do you offer exchanges ?

We are happy to offer exchanges.

If you would like further images of items or further details please feel free to get in touch. We are always happy to answer any questions.

If your item has been damaged in transit , which is very unlikely as our courier takes exceptional care, please contact us straight away.
 

Do some areas of the UK take longer for delivery times?

Some areas : Scotland and Cornwall and Wales may take a little longer.
 

If there are access issues with my property what do I need to do?
